am going crazy. took an afternoon nap with my textbook under my pillow. i guess some info managed to diffuse into my head. but wait, it was underneath my head. what if the info seeped into my bed instead.

*essay//Bus companies and other public transport operators basically run services that are like necessity goods. thus, these services would be considered more of a price inelastic good since the increase in bus fares would not really affect the qty demanded. this factor comes under the determinant of price elasticity of dd of the nature of the product since it is a necessity. in this case, the transport companies would not really be affected since their total revenue will increase. however, in the long run the will begin to make a loss as the consumers begin to find alternatives for transport. this is because the longer the time period, the more elastic the good, with the existence of substitutes.....

i suppose its pretty obvious what's on tomorrow.

went with choon and melly mak to watch some flipside comedy called 52 pickup at espl yesterday evening :) it was cool..kinda like some impromptu thing. tossed a pack of cards into the air and then told the story in whatever order they picked the cards up. but later we saw that they wrote the titles on the cards so... haha. well it was still good.

before that we had dinner at the garlic restaurant.. shared some peking duck thingy with choon and then mak came and we had garlic ice-cream. whoooot.
spoiler warning!
anyways. so after the uh, play, we walked over to marina square wanting to have supper at bk, but decided we wanted to watch a movie. so we took the looong detoured walk to the leisureplex and whoa. just right, we caught the 2135 show for 'the day after tomorrow' right on time. to satisfy her craving for popcorn, choon bought 10 freaking bucks worth of sweet tt came in an adorable shrek bucket. well anyways the show wasn't too bad. quite good in fact. just tt the ending was a little too sudden and too incredibly good to be true. but the simple phrase that the show ended with did it. "i've never seen the sky so clear..."

all apricots reserve their right to be eaten
all peaches plead to be savoured
and the apricots and peaches agree that together, they make the perfect dessert
and indeed, they did.
